1. Hotel Cancellation/ amendments 

Cancellation: 

 

Cancellation has to be made through corresponding email ID: info@hanoibackpackershostels.com, otherwise no cancellation will be entertained. Cancellations will not be accepted over Phone. 

 

Customer must notify Hanoi Backpackers Hostels if you plan change before 2 days you check in. Any cancellation submitted after the cancellation due date, ONE night will be charged. 

 

No Show : 

If a booking is cancelled within the day of arrival or In case of no show or shortening stay, no refund will be made (Considered as cancellation without the required advance notice) 

 

Amendments: 

Amendments are negotiable via our email: info@hanoibackpackershostels.com

 

Refund: 

The refund will be made through your credit card. Additionally, although Hanoi Backpackers Hostels will instruct the bank to handle the crediting process immediately upon notification of cancellation, it could take from 12-15 days for the actual crediting to take place, depending on your Bank’s practice. 

 

2. Tour Cancellation : 

Nonrefundable
 

+ Check-in time is 02:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM

+ Extension of late checkout time is subject to availability
Late checkout before 4pm for private rooms: 50% of room rate
Late checkout before 4pm for dorms: 100,000 VND (key deposit)
Late checkout after 4pm: charged for an additional night 

+ Early check in is subject to availability

 

Rates are inclusive of: 

International breakfast buffet
Free usage of ADSL and Wifi internet in-room and public computer 

 

Children and Extra bed Policy 

Maximum 01 child under 8 years old, sharing with parents using existing bed
